- The Product bag cannot be opened without the payment for the item/items
- Please do not accept your product bag if your bag is open or tampered with.
- In improbable situations, there may be hiccups to the otherwise smooth procedure. In such a scenario, the company will ensure that communication of the delay or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time to the customer.
- In case you receive a damaged/defective product, the website should be notified within 24 hours of receipt of the product. We might request you to share snap shots at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our representatives will get in touch with you for the same.

- We do exchanges for our products. All our products (except the below mentioned categories) qualify for exchange. We do not offer returns or refunds.
- Swimwear and Upcycled Pieces do not qualify for refund or exchange for hygiene purposes.
- No exchanges on products purchased on sale or using discount code.
- International orders cannot be exchanged.
- We request you to check the size chart before placing your order. If there is any confusion regarding size, feel free to get in touch with us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or dm us on Instagram at maivy.in and we’ll help you pick the right size.
If you are dissatisfied with your garment fit or quality, and would like to exchange them, the following terms and conditions apply for the exchange procedure.
- The customer will be required to email us with their order number at email@example.com along with a reason for exchange, strictly within 48 hours of the delivery of the product. The customer may be required to share snapshots of the garment for better understanding.
- Upon acceptance of the exchange request, the customer will be required to courier back the item/s to us at our office address. Please email us the name of the courier company and tracking id within 5 days of acceptance of return/exchange. Products should reach the return address within 7-8 days of sharing the tracking ID, which is the reasonable time taken by courier companies to deliver at our address.
NOTE: The shipping charges to be incurred by the customer and is therefore non-refundable
- If the item/s meet our exchange policy standard, the customer care team will get in touch with you to begin the exchange process.
- Please make sure that the exchanged items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- All items to be exchanged must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact
- Items without tags will strictly not be accepted.
- PLEASE NOTE: Any exchanged item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
