• We're a make to order clothing brand and currently our dispatch time is 15-20 business days after confirmation of order. It would normally take between 5-10 working days for your order to be delivered by our courier partner within India and 10-20 days internationally. • The Product bag cannot be opened without the payment for the item/items

• Please do not accept your product bag if your bag is open or tampered with.

• In improbable situations, there may be hiccups to the otherwise smooth procedure. In such a scenario, the company will ensure that communication of the delay or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time to the customer.

Exchange

• We do exchanges for our products. All our products (except the below mentioned categories) qualify for exchange. We do not offer returns or refunds. 
• Swimwear and Upcycled Pieces do not qualify for refund or exchange for hygiene purposes.
• No exchanges on products purchased on sale or using discount code. 
• International orders cannot be exchanged.
