Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your garment fit or quality, and would like to return them, the following terms and conditions apply for the return procedure.


  • Jewellery and Swimwear do not qualify for returns.
  • All sale items are non-refundable. However, they can be exchanged for a different size.


  • All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact
  • Items without tags will strictly not be accepted.
  • The customer will have to email us with their order number at along with a reason for return/exchange, within 7 days of the delivery of the product. Upon acceptance of the return/exchange, the customer will be required to courier back the item/s to us at our office address. Please email us the name of the courier company and tracking id within 5 days of acceptance of return/exchange. 

NOTE: The shipping charges to be incurred by the customer and is therefore non-refundable.

  • If the item/s meet our return policy standard, the refund will be processed directly into your debit/credit card or online account. 
  • In case the product is out of stock, our Customer Service Team will get in touch with you and a refund request will be raised. For paid orders the refund will be processed directly into your debit/credit card or online account, from where the payment had originated. The money will reflect on your card or in your bank account from where the payment had originated within 7 to 21 working days from when the refund request was processed and accepted. For Cash On Delivery transactions, refunds, if any, will be made in your bank account (As per account details provided by the Buyer).
  • Please make sure that the returned/exchanged items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
  • All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  • Shipping Charges shall be non-refundable.
  • In case you receive a damaged/defective product, the website should be notified within 24 hours of receipt of the product. We might request you to share snap shots at Our representatives will get in touch with you for the same.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
